Honey with Warm Water
One teaspoon of honey mixed with warm water or milk can help coat and soothe the irritated throat, reducing cough reflex
Ginger with Tea
You can chew on a small piece of fresh ginger, sip on ginger tea, or add it to warm water with honey.
Steam inhalation
Take a hot shower, breathe over a bowl of hot water covered with a towel, or use a humidifier to add moisture to the air
Gargling with saltwater
